Michelle (Michi) Berrios is an Executive Creative Director with nearly two decades of experience in advertising, art direction, and emotionally intelligent brand storytelling. At Glue IQ, she leads multidisciplinary teams across brand, content, and digital, guiding work that is strategically grounded, visually bold, and deeply human.
Her creative career began at Zubi Advertising, where she progressed from Studio Designer to Associate Creative Director for 13 years. During that time, she crafted campaigns for Ford, Lincoln Motor Company, American Airlines, Winn-Dixie, SC Johnson, Dunkin’ Donuts, Warriors in Pink, and Chase—serving both multicultural and general market audiences with insight-driven creative.
Michi has led award-winning work recognized by the industry’s top platforms, including a Cannes Lion shortlist and a Webby Award. She is also the inventor of Remind Me Soap—a simple, powerful hygiene innovation that earned a Clio Health Innovation Award. Her contribution to culture and creativity was also honored with the WINning Woman Award, recognizing standout leadership across the GTB/Zubi network.
Since joining Glue IQ in 2019, she has helped grow the agency’s digital and social portfolio, launching campaigns for notable clients such as Atlantis Bahamas, Brightline, Evermore Orlando Resort, Jenny Craig, RBC Capital Markets, Stellantis, and Ollie Pediatrics. She partners closely with clients to build trust, push creative boundaries, and deliver work that not only performs but also connects.
Michi thrives on solving complex problems with soul. She believes in the power of storytelling, the importance of mentoring rising talent, and the magic that happens when great creativity meets clarity and heart.
Outside of work, she’s a proud boy mom, interior designer, a deep laugher, and a lifelong believer that brands—and people—do their best work when they feel seen.
